How to Mark a User as Complete

Update a learner’s training record by manually marking a course as complete and entering the correct completion details.

Administrators can manually mark a learner as complete when training has been finished outside the system or needs to be recorded retrospectively. This ensures the learner’s training record and reports remain accurate.

Manually mark a learner as complete

  1. From the menu on the left side of the page, select Users, then click List All Users.
  2. Find the user whose record needs to be updated by scrolling through the list or using the search function.
  3. Click the user’s profile icon to open their user record.
  4. Select Enrolled Courses.
  5. Locate the relevant course and click Mark as complete.
  6. Enter the Start Date and Completion Date as required.
  7. If the course includes a score, you can also update the score on this screen.
  8. Click Mark as Complete to save the changes.

The learner’s record will be updated immediately.

When would this be used?

Common scenarios include:

  • Training completed outside the system
  • Correcting an incomplete or missing record

Important notes
